  • The Academy is designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, directors and leaders who want to grow themselves and their businesses. Whether you're just starting out or scaling up, if you're looking for inspiration, accountability and a supportive community, you're in the right place.

  • No. The Academy is flexible and open - you can join at any time. There’s no set start or end date, so you’ll never miss out or feel left behind.

  • Each month includes:

    • A 2-hour in-person masterclass (hosted by James or a guest expert)

    • Small group “BOOST Breakouts” focused on problem-solving, sparking new ideas and defined actions

    • A mid-month Microsoft Teams check-in for progress tracking and accountability

    • Optional extras like workshops, clinics and community support via WhatsApp

  • We focus on practical, high-impact areas like leadership, marketing, mindset, finance, sales, AI, digital tools, customer experience, and more. Topics are responsive to current challenges and tailored to what members need most.

  • No problem - each month stands alone. You can rejoin the following session or stay connected through the WhatsApp group and virtual check-ins. We understand that life and business are busy!
